Cancellation Policy

Non-Holidays:

Any cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice will not incur any cancellation fees. Additionally, payment can be securely held on file for future use, providing convenience for our clients. However, please note that this policy does NOT apply to reservations made for the Thanksgiving or Christmas holiday periods, during which different terms may apply.

Any cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice prior to the next scheduled sitting will incur a charge equal to the full amount of that one sitting. In addition, any remaining payment after the cancellation will be securely held on file for your convenience and future use.

Thanksgiving Period
Christmas / New Year’s Period

  • A 50% deposit on invoice total is due within 48 hours of booking. The remaining 50% is due after the meet and greet with your assigned sitter has been completed (if it is not a good fit, your deposit will be refunded).

  • Cancellations at least 7 days prior to the first visit are entitled to 100% credit that can be used towards future visits.

  • Cancellations 6 days or less will be 100% forfeit.

  • There are no refunds or credits for early return from trip.

* Holiday services are often booked months in advance. Once the calendar is full, possible new bookings are turned down. Thus, the rules for holiday bookings.
